Standards we apply
De EPC-projecten van PIL lopen van 6 maanden (modulaire skids, kleine zuiveringsinstallaties) tot 36 maanden (grote productiefaciliteiten, leidingen). De planning wordt opgesteld tijdens de FEED met mijlpalen voor FEL-1 (conceptueel), FEL-2 (basis), FEL-3 (detail), inkoop, bouw en inbedrijfstelling.
PIL heeft 850+ EPC-projecten geleverd in olie & gas (productiefaciliteiten, separatoren, behandelaars), energie (onderstations, hernieuwbaar), water (industriële behandeling), petrochemie, mijnbouw en voeding. Allemaal turnkey met enkelvoudige verantwoordelijkheid tot en met SAT.
Ja. PIL bouwt flowlines, olieleidingen, gasleidingen en aquaducten volgens ASME B31.3 met gecertificeerd A-106 Grade B-lassen. Dit omvat prefabricage van spools in de werkplaats, coating, veldinstallatie, hydrostatische tests en inbedrijfstelling met geïntegreerde QA/QC.
PIL heeft inkoopkantoren in Colombia, VS-Texas, VS-Californië en de VAE, waardoor directe OEM-inkoop, DDP/CIF-importbeheer en internationale vrachtconsolidatie mogelijk zijn. Zij werken met geautoriseerde OEM's (Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, Emerson, Honeywell, GE) onder raamovereenkomsten.
Ja. PIL fabriceert modulaire processkids, meetunits, besturingspakketten, elektrische panelen, gecontaineriseerde behuizingen voor remote locaties en hydrocyclonen. Modularisatie verkort de bouwtijd op locatie en verbetert de QA door fabricage onder gecontroleerde omstandigheden.
HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) is een systematische analyse van afwijkingen in industriële processen die veiligheids- en bedrijfbaarheidsrisico's identificeert. Het is verplicht voor de inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe installaties, na ingrijpende wijzigingen (MOC) en elke 5 jaar om PSM-naleving te behouden (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119). PIL faciliteert HAZOP's met gecertificeerde leiders en speciale software.
